Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.

  Select whether you would like to exchange your frames for a different style, receive store credit, or get a full refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your eyewear in its original packaging to ensure it arrives safely.

• 4.
  Send It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received, we will process your refund or ship your new pair within 7-10 business days.
